
Matthew specializes in working with adults and adolescents addressing challenges in Emotion Management such as anxiety and anger, Relationship Issues, Career Strategies, Transition to Adulthood, and Addiction. In therapy, Matthew deploys an integrated approach of narrative theory and rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT). He utilizes ideas and models that are easy to understand and strategies that can be applied outside of the session.
Matthew’s background in mental health counseling, executive coaching, and management consulting brings a unique angle to the session and a valuable and distinctive experience for each client. Whether it is improving large and small businesses around the world or practicing with individuals and couples as a therapist, Matthew helps people confront and manage the challenges that occur at the intersection of self-awareness and emotional regulation. Matthew received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Pennsylvania State University in International Politics and was awarded dual master’s degrees in Strategic Management and Mental Health Counseling from Pace University and Fordham University in New York City respectively.
